I understand that reaching your goals can be challenging and often overwhelming. As your personal trainer I will translate reputable research into tangible, actionable, and easily understandable pieces of information and advice to help you successfully navigate your health and fitness journey. During your first consultation I will analyse your body type, BMI, nutrition, fitness background and lifestyle to create an individualised program specific to your needs.
Exercise during pregnancy is not only safe but can contribute to a wide range of positive outcomes for both Mum and Bub. My goal is to not only create a fitness program that supports your pregnancy, but to also educate you about your changing body and how to support it during this season. I will work with you to develop strategies that encourage good core and pelvic floor health and set you up for a better experience postpartum.
During pregnancy and birth our bodies, especially our core and pelvic floor take an absolute beating. My postpartum programs prioritise the healing of your core and pelvic floor system before moving onto to an individualised strength and conditioning program that transforms your body and projects you towards your goals.
