But more often than not these experts aren't as knowledgeable as you think they are and the programs they are selling aren't as effective as they are made out to be.

Why me?
I understand that committing to a new program can be difficult... I get it! Life is crazy and you have other priorities. My goal is to develop a program that works around you, not the other way around. I want to help you change your approach to fitness so that exercise becomes a part of who you are, not something you 'have to do'.
I understand that achieving your goals can seem impossible... We have all sat down and set out goals, only to give up on them a couple of days later. Old habits really do die hard! But through realistic goal setting and the implementation of a sustainable strength and conditioning program I can help you outgrow these habits and bring your goals to life.
I understand that you have trust issues... you've been told countless times that if you buy this program, you'll (fill in the gaps). But more often than not these programs over promise and under deliver, leaving you feeling worn out and disappointed. Unlike these 'cookie cutter' programs, I use evidence-based principles to design a tailored program that is specific to your needs, ability and lifestyle.
I understand that strength training can be intimidating... The exercises look complicated and the weights look heavy. But with the right exercise selection, ongoing support and technical feedback, resistance training doesn't have to be scary. Who knows you may end up loving it!
And most importantly, I understand that there is no one size fits all when it comes to health and fitness! Regardless of your fitness level or background I want to work with you to design a program that supports YOUR fitness journey, not someone else's.

As a personal trainer, I am dedicated to my client's success.
